Always trim your wick to ¼" before each burn, keep your candle away from drafts, and allow a full melt pool to form to prevent tunneling. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Yes—burn for 2–4 hours at a time, keep wicks trimmed, and stop burning when ½" of wax remains. Wooden wicks may need trimming between burns.
Absolutely. We use luxury coconut wax, phthalate-free fragrances, and eco-friendly wicks. No parabens, no sulfates, no toxins, no animal testing.

Candles don’t technically expire, but scent strength may soften over time. For best results, burn within 12–18 months.
Yes! Our wax melts use the same premium fragrance oils and are perfect for apartments, dorms, and low-flame environments.
Simply place 1–2 wax melt pieces in a wax warmer and allow the fragrance to fill your space. No flame required!

Shipping
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days, depending on product availability and seasonal volume.
Email us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it.
Please check your tracking number and check with the provider (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Once we pass your package to these shipping providers, we are not given any additional information that the customer doesn't have access to and we rely on them to complete the shipping and delivery process.
Please check the tracking number provided to confirm the status of your package. Sometime the mailing service (USPS, FedEx, UPS) may have delays in service or your package is still in transit.
For any shipping questions while your package is in transit, it is best to contact the shipping provider directly as they will have direct information regarding the whereabouts of your package.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are handcrafted and often made-to-order, all sales are final. However, we want you to love your experience—contact us if there’s an issue with your order.
We do not accept returns based on scent preference. We recommend purchasing wax melts to try out the scent or reading full scent descriptions before choosing a candle.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery.
